Services
Greaton provides medical marketing services including website development, SEO, digital advertising, branding, and marketing consultation to healthcare professionals and medical practices.
All services are provided subject to these Terms and any separate service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your practice and marketing goals
- Reviewing and approving all marketing materials before publication
- Complying with applicable healthcare advertising regulations and professional standards
- Responding promptly to requests for information and approvals
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. Any billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the invoice date.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your existing trademarks and practice information. Marketing materials created by Greaton become your property upon full payment, except for Greaton’s proprietary methods and pre-existing intellectual property.
You grant Greaton the right to use your name and materials in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
Performance and Results
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, website traffic, or patient acquisition numbers. Marketing results depend on factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Greaton’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during our business relationship. Patient information will be handled in accordance with healthcare privacy standards.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or violation of professional standards.
Upon termination, you remain liable for charges incurred and we will provide final deliverables for paid services.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services into your marketing campaigns. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia.
